Kenneth J. “Ken” Bell, age 46, of Temperance, passed away Monday, June 24, 2013 at Mercy Memorial Hospital surrounded by loving family. He was born on May 24, 1967 to Arnold and Jeanette (Fappas) Bell in Detroit, Michigan. He was a graduate of Bedford High School in 1985. Ken was an avid fan of the Detroit Tigers, Lions, Red Wings and Pistons. He enjoyed reading. Ken will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. He was preceded in death by his father. Ken is survived by his mom, Jeanette “Jay” Bell; siblings, Yvonne (Randy) Sargent, Mike (Tammy Kunz) Bell and Tim Bell; niece and nephews, Melissa (Tom) Falconer, Jason Bell, Tyler Sargent and Jonathan Herdman; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends. The family will receive guests on Thursday from 3 – 7:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300) with a Memorial Service beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
